At Finitouch, every interior is an energy-neutral interior. At Finitouch we are aware of the importance of the climate, the environment and the raw materials that go with it. Without raw materials we cannot develop unique and innovative interiors with an eye for tomorrow’s generation.
Just as with the development of interiors, we don’t believe in any half-measures when it comes to our future-conscious vision. Thanks to solar panels, the electric vehicle fleet and five wind turbines, we have managed to minimise our footprint, to the extent that even more energy is actually generated than we use ourselves. This is how 100% energy-neutral Finitouch looks in practice.
We see the profession of interior construction as a contemporary craft. Besides an eye for tomorrow, we also have respect for the crafts of the past. In Nijkerk there is a corn mill called ‘de Hoop’ dating from 1888, which we sponsor as a symbol of our love for, and connection between, old and new crafts. As a result, this windmill will also be preserved and accessible to future generations.
Corporate Social Responsibility is about striving for an optimal balance between ‘people’ and ‘profit’, alongside ‘planet’. We put people first. Of course, a positive operating result is essential for the continued existence, the sustainability, of our company, and ultimately our people also benefit from this. But without those passionate specialists Finitouch would not have been today’s Finitouch. Together we are the connecting factor between ‘planet’ and ‘profit’. Every day we strive for a sustainable collaboration with our clients, partners and employees.
To fulfil our social role we use 814 solar panels, covering 1,300 m2 of roof area, reducing a total of 30,000 kg of CO2 per year. We also work with sustainable materials by default, which has earned us the PEFC quality mark for approved wood, among other things.
